Abstract
Purpose: We are trying to convey that super-diversity causes problems but yet can build a community and a country. Using the prescribed book Outcasts United as well as outside research. How you accept diversity or even how the immigrants accept diversity determines the success of the country as a whole. Goals: Our goals are to bring a friendly podcast to explain the significance of super-diversity and what it really means and how it works. We also hope to show you how diverse America is and how diversity is helpful to society.
