Description
The year I painted this piece I struggled with depression. Very few people knew and I called the bad days "Blue Days" because in those times I felt very blue. In the beginning, on one of the blue days, my boyfriend at the time (who is now my husband) told me, "Baby, don't be blue. Be, like, pink or yellow or something; A good, fun, happy color." Since then, "Be Yellow" has become my life motto. This painting is based off of that year in my life, Aaron's help, and the emotion behind it all.
