The INSPIRE UTC held its second annual meeting in conjunction with the 9th International Conference on Structural Health Monitoring of Intelligent Infrastructure (SHMII-9), August. 4-7, 2019, in St. Louis, Missouri. Activities included technical research presentations by invited keynote speakers and distinguished guests; plenary and concurrent technical sessions; an INSPIRE UTC executive business meeting; a panel discussion with practitioners, researchers, and industry representatives; demonstrations of the latest sensing, nondestructive evaluation, and robotic technologies; and the Graduate Student Poster Session and awards ceremony.
Dr. Genda Chen, Director of INSPIRE UTC served as Conference Chair of SHMII-9.
