Abstract
"This thesis presents a dynamic model for the attitude of the MR SAT mission. The MR SAT mission is a design project at the University of Missouri - Rolla. This project will study two satellites flying in tethered formation and in controlled free-flying flight. The dynamic model emulates the attitude with environmental disturbances applied to the spacecraft. The effect of the tether tension on the attitude of each spacecraft is also studied"--Abstract, page iii.
