Abstract
Albania is a country with strong earthquakes. There are observed some disastrous earthquakes in the cities of Durres, Vlora and Shkodra. Recently in the city of Durres are built many high – rise buildings in the low or bad soil-conditions. In this paper, we would like to present our experience in the calculation and constructions of foundations in this area with high seismic.
