Understanding Patients’ Needs using the Kano Model
Abstract
Learning objectives: 1) Better understanding of the identification of healthcare needs using the Kano model. 2) Learn how to develop a Kano questionnaire, perform VOC analysis using the Kano model, and interpret the results accurately. 3) Identify some of the misconceptions about the Kano model and learn how to avoid them.
