Self-Powered Devices: Self-Powered Wireless Sensor Node Enabled by an Aerosol-Deposited PZT Flexible Energy Harvester (Adv. Energy Mater. 13/2016)
Abstract
A flexible piezoelectric energy harvester is demonstrated by an aerosol deposited PZT (Pb(Zrx,Ti1-x)O3) film to realize a self-powered wireless sensor node. As reported by Jungho Ryu, Keon Jae Lee, and co-workers in article number 1600237, the flexible PZT harvesting device generates a high electric output and enables operation of wireless temperature sensing system to transmit ambient temperature into a monitor.
