On Achievable Rates for Mimo Systems with Imperfect Channel State Information in the Finite Length Regime
Abstract
New achievable rates for arbitrary finite codeword length and probability of error are presented and analyzed for MIMO systems under both ergodic and non-ergodic scenarios. For the non-ergodic scenario, achievable rates are found under a user specified outage probability.
