Electrodeposition at the Nanoscale
Abstract
In this chapter, we will review the production of nanostructured materials by electrodeposition. We will first give a general introduction to the advantages and limitations of electrodeposition. We will then discuss the electrodeposition of metals, semiconductors, and oxides, followed by a survey of some of the techniques used to electrodeposit nanostructures of these materials.
