Projectile Ionization at Forward Observation Angles for Intermediate Energy H + H Collisions
Abstract
A four-body classical trajectory Monte Carlo method is used to calculate the doubly differential cross section of projectile ionization at forward observation angles in the H + H collision system at an impact energy of 70 keV u. We present a simple and fast procedure, based on the separation of the interaction regions, for determining the electron loss to the continuum peak with neutral projectiles. © 1994.
