Abstract
Multilayer phase coherence is demonstrated in a mixed morphology superlattice heterostructure, generalizing the paradigm for superlattice miniband engineering. Thirty years since the original proposal by Tsu, a superlattice has been realized with alternating amorphous (a-MoO3) and polycrystalline (pc-In2O3) layers, whose high-quality exhibits quantum phase coherence across multiple periods of amorphous barriers. Cross-plane phase coherence is quantified via weak localization signatures in magnetic field under the diffusive Fermi-surface model.
