Waveguiding in Photonic Crystal Slab with Variable Thickness
Abstract
We demonstrate optical waveguiding in photonic crystal slab (PhCS) with a trench. This enables optical circuitry on PhCS prefabricated with holographically, elimi-nating the need for slow electron-beam lithography.
