Comparative Use of Intermediate Pressure Water Jets for Slotting and Removing Concrete
Abstract
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers have engaged two organizations to demonstrate the effectiveness of intermediate pressure (130 MPa) water jets for cutting concrete. This paper describes the trial that was carried out, and the equipment used. Improvements on performance as a function of the parameters of test are incorporated in the discussion of the results. (A)
