Three-Dimensional Nanoscale Optical Cavities of Indefinite Metamaterial
Abstract
We realize three-dimensional nanoscale optical cavities with anomalous scaling laws, by incorporating indefinite metamaterial with hyperbolic dispersion. Optical cavities with sizes down to ~ λ/12 and high refractive index of 17.4 are demonstrated. © 2012 OSA.
