Abstract
"The auditorium in Parker Hall on the Missouri School of Mines campus has been noted locally for its poor auditory characteristics. At times in the past corrective treatment has been considered but no detailed or experimental data were gathered. In September of 1934 the writer was detailed under an FERA project to study the room and to determine the best method of correction"--Introduction, page 1.
