Masters Theses
Abstract
"It was thought by the author that there might be some relation between the solubility of a salt in the alcohols and the position of those alcohols in the series of monohydric alcohols; that is, that there should be a definite increase or decrease in the solubility of any particular salt in going from a higher to a lower alcohol. The object of this paper was to find the solubilities of some simple salts in as pure alcohol as could be prepared, and to find any relationships if possible"--page 2.
