Abstract

"A mathematical model for computing the ground clutter power density spectrum in a range bin and/or the ground clutter power in a receiver range-Doppler bin for a three dimensional bistatic radar is described. The model contains descriptions of clutter patch geometry and spectrum and clutter power computations for the clutter patch are presented. A computer algorithm which implements the models is also described. Example results obtained from the computer algorithm are shown"--Abstract, page iii.
