Abstract

"This thesis consists of two sections. In Section 1, the objective is to reveal the reasons for the poor repeatability of ESD test results observed in systems containing fast digital logic...In Section 2, a new calibration test setup and method for current probes is proposed. The design of the calibration setup is derived from the design of the ESD current sensor used in Section 1 of the thesis"--Abstract, pages iii-iv.
