Abstract
"Four straight forward solution methods were used to determine the two-dimensional variation of the radiosity on two identical constant temperature, gray, semi-infinite parallel strips. Physical convergence parameters were developed for the one-dimensional case and extended to two dimensions. A study using these parameters was undertaken to identify the preferable method. The solutions obtained with this "best method" agree well with the one-dimensional solutions. The error is estimated to be less than one percent" -- Abstract, p. ii
