Abstract

"A simple and systematic approach which generates exactly a minimal multiple fault test set T mm in irredundant combinational networks is presented. It is shown that the Equivalent Sum of Product of a given network contains all the information necessary to determine this minimal test set. The failures which may occur are limited to permanent stuck at O (or 1) faults"-- Abstract, p. ii
