Abstract
"The thesis proposes two frameworks: The priority assessment framework prioritizes and integrates software requirements gathered from multiple stakeholders allowing the development team to resolve conflicts effectively and produce requirements which have high impact on the customer satisfaction that represents a wide range of project stakeholders. The software quality function deployment framework that integrates with structured software development process, as well as other major software quality management systems and incorporates customer satisfaction into every phase of the software development life cycle."--Abstract, page iii.
