Abstract
"A set of six sets of lesson plans were developed and directed at the third-grade level. These resources have significant engineering content and cover the topics of gravity, friction, force, relative position and measurement, light, and careers in science and address the Missouri Assessment Plan (MAP) testing area of scientific inquiry, scientific relevance, matter and energy, and force, motion, and mechanical energy."--Abstract, page iii.
