Abstract
"Interfacial reactions between La0.6Sr0.4Co0.2Fe0.8O3-δ (LSCF 4080) and (ZrO2)0.84(YO1.5)0.16 (YSZ) were investigated. For the present study, two types of diffusion couples were made; (1) YSZ films on dense LSCF 4080 substrates, (2) pressed compacts of YSZ and LSCF 4080 powders. These diffusion couples were used to study interfacial reaction products, possible reaction mechanisms and reaction kinetics"--Abstract, page iii.
