Abstract
"Thick film binder glass compositions, barium aluminoborates, thermodynamically compatible with AIN have been identified and examined. Nitrogen incorporation into the glass enhances the bonding of the glass to AIN. The softening points and thermal expansion of the glasses is compatible with thick film paste systems. The chemical durability of the most durable glass investigated is less than comparable lead oxide-based glasses by a factor of 100"-Abstract p.iv
