Missouri S&T provides flexible, high-performance computing and GPU processing capacity to researchers through The Forge and the Numerically Intensive Computing Cluster. These systems of computers are optimized to perform a variety of computationally-intensive research tasks. Both clusters are a resource for the entire Missouri S&T community; however, research groups may also purchase allocations or contribute nodes for on-demand high-performance computing.

Researchers from across the Missouri S&T campus and from both the College of Arts, Sciences, and Business and the College of Engineering and Computing conduct groundbreaking, multidisciplinary research every day in the HPC center.
