Revisiting Scottsboro: Evaluating Legacy and Documenting Communist Perspective
Abstract
Mention Scottsboro and certain concepts usually come to mind, such as the most sensational crime of the 1930s and legal injustice in the 1930s and legal injustice in the segregated South. The facts of the Scottsboro trials certainly attest to that mindset.
