The Nature and Properties of Very Sensitive Clays: A Descriptive Bibliography
Abstract
This selected bibliography is designed to complement the comprehensive bibliography of sensitive soils by McKay. The literature included is directed particularly to scientific analysis of the soil material itself, ie how its extreme sensitivity arises. The material is relevant to mineralogists, geomorphologists and sedimentologists as well as civil and geological engineers. There are 107 citations with abstracts ranging between 100 and 600 words together with appropriate figures.
