Technological Innovation And Entrepreneurship From The Human Side
Abstract
This paper discusses and briefly reviews the importance of technological innovation in the United States and the role of the human factor. Technological innovation and entrepreneur are defined. The reasons for negativism toward innovation are reviewed. Characteristics of the technological entrepreneurs are identified. The nature of technological innovation is discussed. Finally, ways to encourage corporate entrepreneurs are suggested. © 1984.
