Abstract

The purpose of this project was to redesign the existing Modular Lightweight Load-carrying Equipment (MOLLE) or Pouch Attachment Ladder System (PALS) for a military tool kit holder. The intent was to develop a quick-release system that could be used with the current MOLLE system.
