Grey Target Method for Intuitionistic Fuzzy Decision Making based on Grey Incidence Analysis
Abstract
For the multi-attribute decision making problem, in which the information of the attributes weights is incomplete and the indices values of the alternatives are in the form of intuitionistic fuzzy numbers, a grey target decision making method based on grey incidence analysis is proposed. Firstly, a new score function is put forward, by which the intuitionistic fuzzy information can be translated into real number information. Thus, the weights of attributes and effect measure matrix can be obtained by grey incidence analysis and the real number information. Then, in order to reduce the loss of information, the real information is transformed to intuitionistic fuzzy information by the core and grey degree of intuitionistic fuzzy numbers (IFNs). Furthermore, the intuitionistic fuzzy information is aggregated by intuitionistic fuzzy weighted averaging (IFWA) operator. Finally, the suggested method is applied to a case of urban public emergency rescue.
