Power Characteristics of Radiators in Multilayered Dielectric Structures
Abstract
A unified rigorous analytical method for calculating power fluxes and losses in multi-layered plane, spherical, or cylindrical dielectric structures is presented. the formulas in the paper are valid for any type of a source. Power characteristics of radiators are calculated using the rigorous known solutions of boundary problems. an important advantage of this approach is that the power fluxes are represented in an explicit form via spectra of the fields, avoiding cumbersome calculations via field components. Results of some computations are represented.
