Abstract
An electromagnetic simulation method is proposed for shielding effectiveness (SE) of chassis in this paper. The discontinuous Galerkin time-domain (DGTD) equation is established based on Maxwell's equation. The uniaxial perfectly matched layer (UPML) is used as an absorbing boundary condition to simulate an open space. At last, the method is applied to analyze the effect of the aspect ratios of rectangular apertures on shielding effectiveness.
