Abstract
A new method, MFIPWA, is proposed to extend the traditional MLFMA and FIPWA into the low frequency range. It uses the evanescent-wave extrapolation and translation techniques to overcome the low-frequency breakdown problem. The accuracy can be well controlled over a broad frequency range.
