Abstract
A new hierarchical algorithm based on surface equivalence principle is proposed in this work. The equivalent sources residing on relaxed spherical equivalence surfaces are computed by closed-form integral operators rather than numerical approximations. Consequently, a hierarchical algorithm based on oct-tree is straightforward to implement. Numerical examples validate the accuracy and capability of the proposed algorithm.
