Transient Fields of ESD
Abstract
Transient fields of indirect ESD were investigated by measurement and simulation. A simulation combining a time-domain Method of Moments algorithm with the arc model by Rompe and Weizel is presented. Furthermore, the influence of statistical time lag on ESD and the applicatibility and limitations of this arc model are investigated.
