Abstract

The 57 papers in this special issue are extended versions of papers presented at the 2009 International Instrumentation and Measurement Technology Conference (I²MTC 2009), held in Singapore, May 5-7, 2009.

I am pleased to present to you this issue of the Transactions, which is entirely dedicated to extended papers that were presented at the 2009 International Instrumentation and Measurement Technology Conference (I²MTC 2009), Singapore, May 5–7, 2009. These papers were subjected to specific Conference Special Issue guidelines before they could be considered for review and publication.
