Think-Pair-Listen in the Online COVID-19 Classroom
Abstract
Previously, we described the importance of educating heads, hands, and hearts in the online COVID-19 classroom. Yes, teachers of environmental engineering and science need to transmit information, skills, and preferences to the next generation of students. But we need also to identify and share pedagogies that accomplish this objective, effectively. From our own experience, and from discussions with others, we encourage our faculty colleagues to consider the importance of thinking, pairing, and listening in the online COVID-19 classroom.
