Studies of C₆₀ and C₇₀ Incorporated in Cubic Mesoporous Silica (MCM-48)
Abstract
C60 and C70 encapsulated in the channels of cubic mesoporous silica (MCM-48) have been investigated by diffuse reflectance, 13C NMR, ESR and photoluminescence spectra. The effects due to clustering and the interaction of the fullerenes with the cage are revealed by the spectra.
