Abstract
For a sequence of three correlation consistent basis sets,1 an algebraic expression can be obtained from Feller's three-parameter exponential function for the complete basis set (CBS) limit of the Hartree–Fock (HF) energy.2 During the derivation of a general three-point algebraic expression for the HF CBS limit,3 it was recognized that Eq. (2) in our original paper4 had the wrong sign in the last term in the denominator. The correct equation is as follows: (Formula Presented). (Table Presented).
