Single Crystal and Bulk Electron Mobilities of Metal-Organic Frameworks
Abstract
We have prepared a novel metal-organic framework that displays intrinsic charge mobility. We have investigated this material by 2-point AC impedance spectroscopy, FT-IR spectroscopy, magnetic susceptibility, FP-TRMC, Moessbauer spectroscopy and single crystal field-effect transistor measurements. Through chemical modification of the framework we are able to increase conductivity over 4 orders of magnitude and mobility over 3 orders of magnitude.
