Nickel(II) Complexes of Some Quadridentate Schiff-base Ligands-II
Alternative Title
Infrared spectra
Abstract
The infrared spectra (4000-200cm-1) of a series of nickel(II) complexes of Schiff bases formed by the condensation of 5-chloro-2-hydroxybenzophenone and some alkanediamines, H2N(CH2)nNH2 (n = 2-12), has been investigated. The nickel62 isotope substitution method has been used to help identify the metal sensitive vibrations. © 1997.
