Application of Supercritical Fluid Extraction of Biological Tissue Samples for the Determination of Polychlorinated Organics
Abstract
The use of supercritical carbon dioxide as an extraction medium in the determination of polychlorinated organics was investigated. The extraction procedure was found to be highly efficient and reproducible.
