Field and Laboratory Studies on the Movement and Fate of Tetrachlorodibenzo-p-dioxin in Soil
Abstract
Soil column studies were conducted under field and laboratory conditions to monitor the migration and fate of TCDD in soil. The results obtained show that TCDD is very persistent in soil, and losses through surface photolysis and volatilization are very low.
