Abstract

One of the purposes of the Council is to maintain a forum where problems related to the design and behavior of columns and other compression elements in metal structures can be presented for evaluation and discussion. The Annual Technical Session provides opportunity to carry out this function.Summaries of the technical papers, the panel discussion, and minutes of the business meeting are recorded in the following pages. The attendance list is also included.
