The Use of Information Technology to Improve Operational Efficiency in a Public School System: A Case Study
Abstract
The purpose of this study is to show how Information Technology (IT) is used in Jefferson County Public Schools System to overcome the data retrieval and manipulation problem to improve its operational efficiency and to gain competitive advantages through the implementation of the Connectedness Analysis Reporting System (CARS) project.
