Scattering Matrix Measurements
Abstract
A technique is proposed to measure the components of the 2 x 2 scattering matrix of a target. Both relative amplitudes and phase are measured. Absolute amplitudes require irradiance measurements involving a reference scatterer to calibrate the incidence irradiance. © 1993.
