Review of the Thermodynamic Properties of Binary Solid Antimonides
Abstract
A substantial database exists for the thermodynamic properties of many antimonide compounds, but these have rarely been compiled or critically discussed. An abbreviated version of a fullscale review of the thermodynamic properties of binary antimonide compounds is presented, focusing on the choice of experimental techniques.
