Abstract
Overview:
This deposit contains the three figures of Ref. [1] that report numerical simulations, main-text Fig. 4 and Supplementary Figs. S1 and S2, together with the plotted data, one CSV file per figure. The simulations are described in Supplementary Note S3 of Ref. [1]. They were computed with MESTI [2] in two dimensions and with the modified Born series [3] in three, on the Mill [4] and Hellbender [5] clusters. The remaining figures of the paper are schematics (Figs. 1 and 5), a diagram drawn from the numbers listed in Table I (Fig. 3), or evaluations of closed-form expressions given in the paper (Figs. 2, S3 and S4).
