Abstract

"The major problem of the cement companies is the matter of marketing the product in sufficient quantities and at a price which will return a profit; however, there are some other problems that are of great interest to the engineers, i.e., the interest in the economics of cement based largely on its effect on the cost of contemplated structures"--page 1.
