Abstract
A description of the recently adopted standard for testing solar collectors "ASHRAE STANDARD 93-77, METHOD OF TESTING SOLAR COLLECTORS BASED ON THERMAL PERFORMANCE" is presented. Results from the standard could be used to simulate the transient performance of an installed solar system.
